After running a catering business for 3+ years, I traveled to Australia a year and then a year to Canada where I worked as a cook at a variety of restaurants, with the goal of coming home to Denmark and open my own restaurant. In the summer of 2015, I came home and opened Feed at the age of 20, and has now been running the restaurant for more than 3.5 years with my wife Marie-Soleil and a fantastic staff of 12 people.
The vision of Feed Bistro is to create a fantastic tasteful menu consisting of the best Danish ingredients that can be enjoyed in cozy and relaxed surroundings. All dishes on the menu, recipes, and cocktails are carefully worked out and tasted by me, as well as I have carefully selected all the wines on the map.
